Attention Business Owners and Managers:

“Discover how to Say YES to Three Critical Questions
to Achieve Peak Performance & Increased Profits,
Even in These Challenging Times”

These are challenging times.

Yet no matter what the economy - or sometimes even the industry, profession or country – there are always a handful of people who overcome these challenges to achieve the results they really want. What is that makes them successful?

“What if, success is a combination of applying strategies that work for you and your particular mix of strengths and having the character and pioneering spirit to overcome the internal and external challenges you may face on your journey?”
Una Doyle

Can you (and your business partners and/or employees) answer YES to these three critical questions?
Q. Do I feel good about myself at least 95% of the time?
Q. Do I live and work with people where there is mutual trust, respect and collaboration?
Q. Am I effective at overcoming challenges to get the results I really want?

If not, then these are some typical symptoms that your business is likely to experience:

Lower sales – people buy people, particularly self-assured people who behave with integrity and enhance the reputation of your organisation
Reduced productivity & profits – mainly due to the next few points…
Inappropriate conflict – either too much conflict affecting people’s work or too little, where bad apples are left to rot the entire barrel
Dysfunctional teams – full of excuses but not getting the results they are supposed to achieve – meetings that don’t result in the right actions
• Poor communication – even if there’s a communication programme in place, employees claim they don’t know what’s happening or where the organisation is heading and why
Increased resistance to change – slowing down the benefits your organisation and customers want and need from restructuring, new technology and innovation
Lack of employee engagement – they’re there in body, but where is the spirit, the enthusiasm and the energy required to get results?

As a business owner or manager, these symptoms increase your headaches and reduce your profits.

Why are these questions important? Let’s look a little more closely…

Q. Do I feel good about myself 95% of the time?
This is all about your relationship with yourself. How do you talk to and treat yourself? How kind, loving and supportive are you to you? There are so many ways in which this shows up: using your strengths, taking action on

Let me share something with you. Each person connected with your business whether they are a business partner, employee or even supplier has an effect on your profits. The fact is that if they feel good about themselves they are more likely to be successful. If they’re more successful, then you’re more successful.

If however, they are sabotaging their success (whether they realise it or not) then that will have a negative effect on YOUR bottom line.

If they don’t feel good about themselves then they are more likely to be negative, grumpy and uncooperative. Alternatively, they may people please to an extreme, perhaps promising what can’t be delivered. Is this person likely to be good at solving problems and resolving difficult situations? Is this person likely to be productive when working with others inside or outside your organisation?

Have you ever met somebody who said all the right things yet somehow you just didn’t buy their product, service or message? That’s probably because they were not congruent on some level and you picked that up. What if people are doing that with you, your employees or representatives? How much money could you be leaving on the table as a result?

Q. Do I live and work with people where there is mutual trust, respect and collaboration?
This is all about your relationship with others. Of course, getting your relationship right with yourself is essential in order to have such positive relationships with others.

It is nearly impossible to achieve greatness all on your own. You may have heard the saying, “People Buy People” and this doesn’t just apply to salespeople. As a business owner and/or people manager you have situations where people buying you and your message could make a big impact to your bottom line, e.g
• Negotiating with a bank manager or supplier
• Getting employees to do things
• Dealing with business partners or your

People talk about generation ‘X’ and generation ‘Y’ and how they require different management styles. The news is that there’s a new generation coming through that builds upon this need to change how people work and are managed even more, generation ‘S’ for service. What needs to change in how you manage to make sure that you get the most out of your team? What needs to change in how you relate to your peers and/or your manager to get the most out of yourself?

Q. Am I effective at overcoming challenges to get the results I really want?
Of course, having clarity about what you really want for you and your business or organisation is a given. If you don’t know where you’re going then how can you tell if you are headed in the right direction?

Some challenges may be internal, some external. Right now, many people within organisations are facing a lot of external challenges due to the economy and the increased negativity in the media.

Do you and your team have the persistence to overcome these challenges? Are they on purpose? Are they passionate? Where does their motivation come from?

Which challenges are those that help us to grow to become the person capable of achieving our objectives? Which ones are telling us we’re heading in the wrong direction? Being able to make this distinction could make a profound difference to your bottom line.

Being able to answer YES to these three questions could help you to profit – personally and professionally.
