What Happens After the Keynote?
It can be challenging for people to implement everything they discover and learn in a keynote speech. After all, it's (usually) 45 minutes long and our brains only tend to retain so much...
Therefore over the next while, I am investigating a very exciting new way for us to interact as part of a membership club.
This will feature a combination of teleseminars, live coaching calls (both with transcripts), discussion forum and other materials every month as well as bonus special guests throughout the year:
Level One: Personal Leadership
This level incorporates all the personal development aspects of being more successful in your personal and professional life. This level focuses on the character and pioneering spirit required to grow and overcome your challenges.
Level Two: Peak Performance
Are you a business owner or people manager? Do you want to improve your and your team’s performance?
This level includes everything available at level one PLUS specific proven strategies to help every people manager to get the most from their direct reports and teams and help individuals to get the best from their manager. Responsibility for peak performance is down to each individual.
Many of these strategies are based upon research with thousands and thousands of organisations and managers, yet unbelievably, are not available on most management training! I have pulled together the best of the best and share it with you in ways that makes what can appear to be the most complex and difficult of challenges – getting the best out of you and your people – simple.
Of course, even the simplest of strategies can be hard to apply if it triggers something personal, a block, negativity or some emotional baggage. That is why you also get Personal Leadership included so that you have the knowledge and strategies to overcome your internal challenges too.
Both of these levels will be very cost-effective, paid for on a monthly basis and bulk rates for companies and associations are available.
